Kon-Tiki

Two weeks ago I watched “Kon Tiki”. It’s a film that is based in a real expedition made in 1947 by explores from Noriega. They investigated and wanted to prove that the Polynesia was populated from South-America by sea. The explores made a boat imitating South American boats with the same materials and they leave at the same place that they think the old did. The voyage started on April and finished on August. They have to guide by current. The first month they didn’t follow the correct current. The boat started to broken, they didn’t had radio for help and sometimes sharks follow them. All seams that was wrong. When they was about to enter in a dangerous zone they got found the correct current. Finally they can arrive to Polynesia and confirm their theory.

I like this film because is based in reals events. This film show that if you believe in something you have to try and although you find adversities you have to continue and never give up, then you fulfill your goals.

All is Lost

The last film I watched was All is Lost. Is a great film and I like very much. In all the film only acts one actor and he dosn't speak. Even so the film is very entertaining and you can understand without words, only with images.

Is about one man who is traveling with his sailboat. He is alone in the boat. One day a metal container broken the sailboat and water start to enter inside. In this moment he is lucky because it’s sunny and the sea is clam. He can repair the hole. Some days later there is a big storm with big waves and a lot of rain and the hole reopen. The boat is about to sink and he has to leave in an inflatable boat that he had. He doesn’t have food and water. He is adrift and lost middle of the sea. Finally after days sailors see him and can save but during the days he pass very bad. 

Romeo and Juliet

In Verona lived tow familis that they heated each other: the Montagues and the Capulets. They were always figthing. 

Romeo gatecrashed in a Capulete party and he meet with Juliet. They feelt in love atthe first sight. They can’t bee together because her families were enemy. They decided to get married secretly. 

Tybialt killed Mercutio and then Romeo killed Tybialt. Fot that the Prince of Verona banished Romeo. Juliete ask for advice to Friar Laurence and he made a plan: she pretend her died and when she were in the grave Romeo appearing. The plan wasn’t go well and the both commit suicide for misunderstandings.
