I did this oral presentation with Andrea, my twin sister and we talked about Weird Celebrations Arrown the World. We choose this topic because in class we were talking about rites of passage and some consisted in special celebrations. So we had to talk about something related and , why not, instead of special celebrations about weird celebrations that take place arrownd the world.
I think that it was a good choice because we found some very hilaroius and some that we never had listened talk about.
My favorite is the Chees Rolling at Cooper's Hill! But I will never going to try to catch the chees, I think that I only will act as a viwer.
Finally I think that we did pretty good. We tried to do the best. I think that make the presentation with the suport of a prezi rather a powerpoint was a good idea because the presentation is more dynamic and it's something different that we didn't use to use. If I could change something I would try to read less and look more to the public. One thing I know that I must to improve is my pronunciaton.
I've notice that Andrea and I make some "gestures" equal. For eample when we are talking we used to say: "aaamm" betwwen phrases.
At the end of the presentation own clasmetes asked us for in what weird celebrattion we like to take part. I answered in the Tomatina because I used to see it on TV and it seems very funny. Not all the days you can swim in tomatoes juice and have an excuse for your mother!
